What Is Melanotan I 10mg?
Melanotan I (Afamelanotide) is a linear analog of alpha-MSH that binds MC1R to stimulate melanin production in skin. Unlike Melanotan II, it is selective for MC1R and does not significantly activate MC3R or MC4R — resulting in tanning effects without libido or appetite side effects. It is the basis of the FDA-approved Scenesse for polymorphous light eruption.
